I’m Brandon — the son of a Chinese immigrant mother and a Caucasian father. On my mother’s side, I am a third generation  hairstylist and barber - a lineage I didn’t fully discover until 13 years into my own career. Looking back, the precision, discipline, and respect for craft were always there — I just didn’t yet have the language for it.

My work has been shaped by 15+ years inside luxury Southern California spas, traditional barbershops, and destination salons, where detail matters and presence is part of the service. I approach every cut with intention — studying structure, growth patterns, and balance — not rushing the process.

LINEAGE is the name I give to that approach. It represents where I come from, what I’ve learned, and how I choose to show up behind the chair: grounded, precise, and deeply personal. My goal is simple — to create a space, both in conversation and in craft, where people feel seen, cared for, and confident walking back into their lives.
