1) Agreement to terms
By using this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products/services from LINEAGE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2) Services and results
LINEAGE provides men’s grooming services (haircuts, beard grooming, shaving services, and skin-focused services). Individual results can vary based on hair type, skin type, prior services, and at-home care. We do our best to deliver consistent, high-quality results, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
3) Appointments and booking
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time so we can provide the full service you booked. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to respect the next client’s time, and the full service price may still apply.
4) Cancellation & rescheduling policy
We understand schedules change. Our policy is:
Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice: No charge.
Cancellations the day of your appointment (less than 24 hours’ notice): 50% of the scheduled service pricewill be charged.
This policy helps protect reserved time and keep availability fair for all clients.
5) No-shows
No-shows significantly impact scheduling. If you miss an appointment without notice, we may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments, or we may decline future bookings.
6) Pricing, deposits, and payments
Prices and service descriptions are listed in the booking system and may change over time. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full card details on this website.
7) Retail products and returns
Retail product sales (if offered) are final unless otherwise required by law. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll work with you to resolve it. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened/used products may not be eligible for return.
8) Health, allergies, and client responsibilities
Please inform us before your appointment of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, medications (especially topical prescriptions), or recent treatments that could affect services. You are responsible for providing accurate information so we can tailor services safely. LINEAGE may refuse or modify a service if it is not appropriate for your hair/skin condition at the time of the appointment.
9) Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian’s consent to receive services. For children’s services (e.g., “Young Lineage”), a parent/guardian must remain available during the appointment.
10) Photography and content
We may request to take photos/videos for portfolio or marketing. We will ask for your permission before capturing or posting identifiable content. You may decline at any time.
11) Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site’s operation.
12) Third-party services and links
Our website and booking process may use third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling and payment providers). Their terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party platforms.
13) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LINEAGE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
14) Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
